Obama may have been mistakenly talking about The Organization of the Islamic Conference. They have 57 member states in this group of nations. I believe they are behind him winning, so wouldn't you have them on your mind. Agree/Up He just lost his bearings/Down

Prison Privatization
Inmates, traditionally the responsibility of state & federal governments, increasingly are being contracted out to the lowest bidder. Convicts now = commodities. Certainly offenders should be punished for their crimes, but should private companies (& their stockholders) profit from punishment?
